Creole Scream
4 cl white rum
2 cl dry vermouth 1 cl grenadine syrup a dash of Angostura bitters Stir with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and add a green olive (or two). (From my childhood favourite TV series "The Persuaders") Lord Panama
6 cl Ron Abuelo Añejo
2 cl lime juice iced tea Fill a highball glass with ice, pour the rum and the lime and top up with iced tea. Shake, pour and garnish with a lime wedge. (From Bahama Bob Leonard via Rum Connection) Yellow Bird
